Every worker gets a profile, a login, and a QR code

One account that works at every store, a personal QR code that signs you in, and a public profile that carries what guests said about you and the badges you earned.

Employee login used to be a PIN scoped to one store. It is now a real account: one username, one password, valid at every location the worker is on the roster for. The personal QR code on the manager's screen logs the worker straight in, and password reset, email verification, and manager recovery links mean nobody has to call support.

When a guest names a worker in feedback or a public review, that mention mints an Endorsement on the worker's own record, dated and verified against the schedule. Names are never paid in cash, and a mention that could be two people holds until a manager confirms it.

A worker can publish a page at wavewage.com/b that leads with the guest's voice, then the badges they have earned, then the stores they have worked. Badges are computed from the record, never awarded by hand, and nothing is public until the worker flips the switch.
